responsibilities:
place the overseas orders accurately and timely to the sourcing team, and meanwhile enter them into sap when necessary; 将海外分公司订单及时、准确地下达到采购团队;如有需要,确保订单准确录入sap系统;
review the overseas open order report on a regular basis to ensure on time delivery; 定期审核海外分公司未清订单状态报表,确保准时交付;
provide prompt information to customers’ inquiries via emails, phone calls, etc.; 对于客户通过邮件、电话等形式的咨询,提供及时回复;
liaise with the relevant associates to follow up the progress of the back orders, update the status to the customers, and figure out solutions if necessary; 与相关同事协作,跟进未能按期交货的订单进度,同时更新状态给分公司,如有必要,提出相应解决方案;
coordinate with the overseas subsidiaries to get their monthly sales forecast, and help them to achieve the sales target finally. 与海外分公司共同协作,获取每月销售预期,最终实现销售目标。
follow up with the sourcing team to make sure all the orders are well planned and built;
与采购团队跟进订单状态,确保所有订单都尽可能按计划交付;
identify order- or delivery-related problems, give immediate feedback, and get the right people involved and follow up actively to make the issues fixed in a timely manner.
发现订单或出货相关问题,及时反馈给相关的人,并积极跟进,确保问题尽快解决。
work out the shipping schedule based on the subsidiaries’ requirement and cargo completion date every 2 ~ 3 weeks;
根据海外分公司的具体要求以及货好时间,每2~3周做一次出运计划;
communicate with the subsidiaries to confirm the packing scheme;
与海外分公司沟通确认出货细节;
send shipping instruction to the logistics team to arrange shipment and work closely with them about any further status.
发送出运指令给物流团队安排出货,同时跟进后续状态。
coordinate with the qa team to learn the inspection plan of some oem customer orders; make sure the goods can be smoothly released with all the required qc reports and sterilization reports available before the final shipment.
与质量团队保持密切合作,获取相关oem客户订单的现场验货计划,确保货物在出运前,可以拿到产品检测报告和灭菌报告并顺利放行。
work with relevant sourcing personnel to provide samples required by the overseas subsidiaries for potential bidding demand or testing use, etc.与相关采购人员合作,为海外分公司的竞标或测试要求提供所需样品。
qualifications:
bachelor degree or above, major in english, business, commercial, supply chain, etc.;
本科学历或以上;英语、商务、供应链相关专业;
customer oriented & self-disciplined.
客户导向,自我约束
fluent in spoken & written english; good command in ms office software, such as excel.
良好的英语口语及书面英语;熟练使用办公软件,如excel
at least 1 year’s work experience in customer service or sales operation;
familiar with order processing procedures.
客户服务或销售运营方面至少1年以上工作经验;熟悉订单处理流程
working experience in sales assistant, business support or supply chain area, sap use as a plus有销售助理、商务支持或供应链领域的相关经验亦可;会使用sap优先
strong logic thinking, analysis & problem solving skills;
较强的逻辑思维,良好的分析能力以及问题解决能力;
good communication skill, initiative, responsible, self-motivated
良好的沟通技巧,积极主动,有责任心及上进心
willing to learn and can undertake pressure乐于学习;能承担一定的压力
